Priority for unsafe situations
If your vehicle is in a dangerous position or you are stuck somewhere you would rather not be at night, say so when you call. We will tell you straight away how far out we are so you can decide what to do while you wait.
Stay safe while you wait
Where it is possible, get the vehicle off the traffic lane, put the hazards on and wait away from the roadway behind a barrier. Do not stand between your car and moving traffic. If you are on a freeway and feel unsafe, call emergency services first.
One call, one price
You get a set price on the phone, not a running meter. Distance, vehicle type and destination decide the number, and we tell you the number before we start.
Questions we get asked
- Do you attend accidents?
- No. We do not do accident scenes or accident-related towing. For breakdowns, immobile vehicles and urgent relocations, we are the right call.
- How quickly can you get to me at 2am?
- The phone is answered around the clock. Overnight around Melbourne's west, most jobs are reached in a similar window to daytime, roughly 30 to 45 minutes.
