What happens when you call
Tell us three things: where you are, where the car needs to go, and what the vehicle is. From that we quote a set price and give you a realistic arrival time. Around Caroline Springs and Brimbank that is usually 30 to 45 minutes. If we are running behind, you get a call, not silence.
Roadside, driveway or car park
We load from freeway shoulders, suburban streets, driveways, underground car parks and workshop yards. Tight access is normal for us, so tell us about low clearance, gates or a steep drive on the phone and we will plan for it.
Where we take it
Your mechanic, your home, a dealership, an auction house or a panel shop. If you do not have a workshop in mind we can suggest options in Melbourne's west, but the choice is always yours.
Questions we get asked
- Can you help if the car just will not start?
- Often yes. Flat batteries and simple electrical faults can sometimes be sorted roadside. If it is bigger than that, we load it and take it to your mechanic.
- Do I have to wait with the vehicle?
- It is easier if you can, but not always necessary. Talk to us on the phone and we will work out a handover that suits.
